Guiding every decision and action, our core values reflect our commitment to excellence, integrity, and impact. These principles define who we are and how we work, ensuring we always stay true to our mission of empowering the next generation of leaders.
Dedicated to empowering young people between the ages of 13 and 24, Kayla Rukevwe Career Network (KRCN) was established in 2021, with the goal of addressing the impacts of career ignorance and to build the next generation of informed, focused, and visionary African leaders through career development, guidance, advocacy, and mentorship.
At KRCN, we are dedicated to supporting career development through a variety of impactful programs and projects. We provide one-on-one mentoring, career workshops, seminars, and skill acquisition training programs to help young people confidently pursue their career goals. KRCN also helps connect students to valuable opportunities such as internships, scholarships, and grants.
In all our programs and projects, we strive to build a positive mindset and support mental well-being, working to counteract misconceptions like the ‘School na Scam Theory’ and combat issues such as youth cyber fraud, school dropout rates, and lack of direction among Nigerian youth.
Join us in our vision to build a future where every African youth is empowered with career knowledge and opportunities, becoming responsible leaders, and driving sustainable economic growth.
Kayla’s deep passion for addressing career ignorance and nurturing the next generation of African leaders inspired the creation of KRCN, which aims to build the next generation of informed, focused, and visionary African leaders through career development, guidance, advocacy, and mentorship.
